what do you mean you had 80g of protein. on your diet there is much more than that isnt't? how do you know you need 128g?
you know how I work? I am just thinking "ok let's give it a try with what I am supposed to have". And if my body feels good, if I am still able to move around the way I used to and am not feeling tired, then I should be right. I have no idea how much protein I am supposed to have a day, from a strict calculation point of view and to be honest I don't worry that much. If I am feeling good, well that's good enough for me. Just a question: is it possible that the fact that you are thinking that you are not getting enough proteins a day will make you think that you are tired but in fact you are not. I mean, I am probably the worst person to give advice but again, what I am doing is: I am going with it, I don't think. It works (which so far does) good. It doesn't, then I start asking myself questions. I don't overthink, and I sleep well :) Come on buddy, I am sure that so far you have done really well, and that you are well. Just try and think, "I am not missing anything" instead of "what am I missing". It might help. And you may also feel better and less tired. It works for me, hope it does for you too!
Sorry didn't mean I was looking to do the program differently. Knowledge is power and would like to learn more as this is everything I have read for the last 20 years, then suddenly when I am working out the hardest and feel a lack in protein. I have lost muscle mass for sure along with fat. Which may not be a bad thing. Maybe it is a way to loose weight? Not sure thus the question.
Here are some links for the protein calculators. Each will be different, thus a few. http://www.healthcalculators.org/calculators/protein.asp http://www.meals.com/Meals-Tools/Protein-Calculator.aspx http://www.kashi.com/articles/protein_calculator
