From an all time high to an all time low, in 2 days. Amazing.
Well up to now I have done the workouts everyday not missing a day, as well as eating the diet plan 99% but due to stress in my daily life I have become physically tired. I did my workout today barely. I was way weaker than usual and could barely squeeze out the reps. I am also weaker than when I stared due to working out everyday. Maybe this is part of the plan. Just feels unsatisfying today. Not sure if I need a day or 2 rest to get me back on track or not, but I will not take any days off.
I also decided to not try to go to the gym as well as I don't want to overdue it like Patrick said.
So that's today. I'll have a nap now and hopefully feel a bit better. Tomorrow will be a fresh new day.
Last two days were like that for me too. Been staying up late which meant I woke up late and had to jump rope late at night when I'm dead tired, and have late dinners etc. I think I just need to get some rest and reset my schedule.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the key is just to be consistent and don't give in during these days. It'll pay off soon!
You just described my Day 16-18. Take it easy if you need to and tell yourself you'll be back on the wagon when it's time! Like Patrick said, letting up for a bit is better than burning out.
ReplyDeleteYes I can see that now. Seems Patrick times his comments pretty spot on. Good news is I am lighter and my fat level dropped a percent since yesterday, so down 3% fat. Think that's a lot for such a short time.
